PROFESSIONAL FAQ

Clarity before collaboration begins.

Concise answers to help individuals and organizations decide whether a TAS engagement fits their need.

FAQ
01

How does an engagement begin?

Start with a short request describing the challenge and desired outcome. After review, the appropriate scope is proposed: consultation, defined project or institutional partnership.

02

Are training programmes ready-made or tailored?

Programmes are shaped around need, audience and context. Existing modules may inform the work, but the final design is not copied unchanged across organizations.

03

What outputs can be delivered?

Depending on scope: a diagnostic report, improvement roadmap, training package, assessment tools, results framework, monitoring plan or executive brief.

04

Can delivery be remote or in person?

Delivery may be remote, in person or hybrid depending on location, the nature of the work and the final agreement.

05

How is institutional data protected?

Only the minimum necessary information is presented, and sensitive identities are removed. Internal files and raw data are not published on the platform.

06

Does the service include writing research on someone else's behalf?

No. Design, tools, analysis and presentation may be reviewed, but academic responsibility and ownership remain with the original researcher.

07

How are fees and timing defined?

They depend on scope, outputs and delivery format. A proposal sets out scope, fees, timing and review stages before work begins.

08

How do review and handover work?

The agreement defines file formats, review rounds and completion criteria. Additions outside that scope are discussed before implementation.

09

Is follow-up included?

Application follow-up can be included; its purpose, timing and outputs are defined in the agreement.

010

What happens after I submit?

Your request is saved and a reference is displayed. The details are reviewed and you are contacted by email about fit and next steps; submitting a request does not confirm a booking.
