Privacy and data use

Clarity is part of trust.

This page explains the information TAS uses to manage enquiries and understand interest in its content without turning visitors into behavioural profiles.

01

Contact enquiries

When you send a collaboration request, the platform stores the information you provide: your name, email address, optional organisation, service, collaboration type and message, plus the originating page and campaign tags when available. These details are used to review, answer and manage the enquiry through a private owner dashboard.

02

Page views and daily unique browsers

The platform keeps aggregate daily counts of pages viewed and selected language. To count a browser once per day, your browser creates a local random value and sends a one-way code that changes daily. The code does not reveal your identity or allow activity to be linked across days. The measurement does not collect IP addresses or location data and does not use analytics cookies, device fingerprinting or third-party analytics.

03

Open library tools

Worksheet answers and checklist selections remain on the page while you use it and are not sent to TAS servers. You can download answers to your device or print them before leaving. Measurement records aggregate tool opens, print and download requests, answer exports and service-request clicks, with the tool identifier and source, campaign and content tags, without answer content. Campaign tags remain in the browser session to attribute subsequent actions. Download and print counts describe requested actions, not confirmed completion on a device.

04

Language preference

Page URLs determine the reading language: Arabic on the base path and English under /en. Language selection needs no cookie. Library filters are kept in its URL so the selected view can be shared and revisited.

05

Email acknowledgement

When email delivery is enabled and you request a receipt, your email address and a short acknowledgement are passed to the delivery provider, Resend. The receipt does not contain your message details or organizational data. Requests remain saved if email delivery fails; the acknowledgement status is shown after submission.

06

Control and access

Enquiries and aggregate statistics are available through a protected dashboard reserved for the platform owner. Contact requests are not used to automatically subscribe people to marketing campaigns.
