I bring more than 22 years of progressive professional experience together with research and training, helping individuals and organisations turn knowledge into usable tools and decisions.

From practice to TAS
A journey from learning to people and institutions.
My career began in English language teaching, followed by education development and assessment coordination at UNRWA in Syria. These stages connected everyday work with learners and teachers to designing tools, interpreting results and identifying improvement priorities.
Today I work independently in research, consulting and training. I founded TAS to connect my research and professional experience with open tools and content that makes ideas accessible to a wider audience. Collaboration can begin with a question, a case study or a tool that visitors try for themselves.
