CASE STUDY · INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT & COORDINATION
The Elaf experience
Clear institutional communication starts with accurate documentation: presenting an organisation’s experience, structuring the discussion and distinguishing recorded outcomes from proposed next steps. This case presents Tareq Abushawish’s contribution to documenting Elaf’s dialogue with Jusoor on education, inclusion and potential cooperation.

Elaf Childhood Charity Association works in community support, assistance to children and families, and disability inclusion. Its brief describes reported activities in caregiver support, awareness, learning and community engagement. This context informed a dialogue with Jusoor on education access, learning gaps, staff development and inclusive vocational pathways.
The association’s activities described here are attributed to Elaf. The TAS presentation focuses on Tareq’s coordination and technical-advisory role and his preparation of the meeting report.
WORK OUTPUTS
Documenting the purpose, topics and recorded outcome, while distinguishing facts from matters requiring clarification or participants’ review.
Presenting Elaf’s context, reported activities and potential contributions so prospective collaborators can assess its experience and readiness.
Organising review questions, resource exchange, training needs and exploration of vocational pathways, with responsibilities and timing subject to agreement.
OUTCOME & NEXT STEPS
Jusoor expressed willingness to exchange information and experience with Elaf. The discussion covered education, psychosocial support, inclusion and staff development. AI in education was raised as a topic for knowledge exchange.
Elaf proposed exploring a vocational training centre for persons with disabilities, including persons on the autism spectrum. Development requires decisions on participants, scope, feasibility, roles and resources. No joint project approval, funding or operational partnership was recorded.
This presentation draws on Elaf’s report prepared for participants’ factual review and its organisational brief. It is a TAS professional portfolio account, not a jointly approved meeting record or an endorsement of TAS by Jusoor.
